How to learn quicker

Learn from someone who has become good at something without being a genius.
Select the right material, remember the pareto law.
Explain what you learned, for example in a blog as I’m doing.
Find the best time to learn, it could be after physical activity or  in the morning or after a quick nap and coffee.
Try to repeat night before, so you dream of things maybe.
Repeat aloud, that could also help.
Put your phone away, or at least in offline mode.
Study in blocks of 20 minutes with short breaks (similar to the pomodoro technique).
Studying in different places as well helps to associate concepts to places and leverage the visual memory.
To remember a sequence, you can associate the points into a path you know, e.g. associate points to object you find in your house when you get in.
