4 tips to avoid procrastination – short post

A small summary of something I just found.

To prevent procrastination:

  • Focus on the process and habits. It’s easier to do your scheduled daily tasks than think about the long-term objective, it could be daunting  and demotivating.
  • Use Pomodoro technique to focus. Seeing a time counting down could help you focus and take advantage from some adrenaline.
  • No distraction: put your phone in airplane mode, and work on one thing a time
  • Reward yourself: e.g. one big ice-cream each time you finish a pomodoro interval (This is a post to avoid procrastination, not to lose fat !)
